DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

You may request deletion, correction, account closure, or review of personal data by contacting GPR Business Services at contact@gpr.sa.
- How to submit a request
Please email contact@gpr.sa with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, service, tenant, provider connection, or communication record.
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity or authority before processing the request.
- If you are a customer or tenant user
We will review your request and process it manually or through available service tools. This may include deleting or deactivating account information, tenant user data, support records, provider configuration, or other personal data where deletion is permitted.
- If you are an end user of a GPR customer
If your data was submitted by or processed for one of our customers, that customer may be the controller of your data. We may refer your request to that customer or coordinate with that customer before acting.
- Provider-connected data
Where your data is processed through third-party providers such as WhatsApp, voice, email, AI, payment, or other integrated services, deletion may also require action by the customer or the provider. We will assist according to our role, available tools, customer instructions, and applicable law.
- Records we may retain
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, provider compliance, or service integrity purposes.
