PLATFORM TERMS

Last updated May 21, 2026

These Platform Terms apply to customer and tenant use of GPR platform, onboarding, execution, communication, support, and related services, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

  1. Authorized use

Customers must use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements, policies, provider terms, and instructions issued by GPR. Customers are responsible for their users, tenant administrators, credentials, configurations, content, and provider connections.

  1. Customer data and instructions

Customers are responsible for the data they submit, connect, or cause to be processed through the services. Customers must ensure that they have the required rights, notices, consents, opt-ins, and legal bases for all contacts, message recipients, users, and end users.

  1. Communications channels

Where a customer enables WhatsApp, messaging, voice, email, SMS, or similar channels, the customer is responsible for lawful contact collection, opt-in, consent records, message content, templates, unsubscribe or opt-out handling, prohibited content restrictions, and compliance with the applicable provider terms.

Customers must not use WhatsApp Business Platform data to sell personal data, build or augment unrelated consumer profiles, share data for unrelated third-party use, or retarget individuals on or off WhatsApp.

GPR may suspend or restrict a channel, workflow, tenant, or account where required for security, provider compliance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.

  1. AI-assisted services

Where AI-assisted services are enabled, customers must not submit data or use outputs in a way that violates law, provider terms, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or sector-specific restrictions. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how they are used in their business.

  1. Prohibited use

Customers must not use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, harmful, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized communications; collect data without required authority; attempt to bypass provider rules; interfere with service security; reverse engineer restricted parts of the service; or access data, systems, or tenants without authorization.

  1. Provider services

Third-party providers may apply their own terms, policies, charges, limits, review processes, verification requirements, and suspension rights. GPR is not responsible for a provider's independent decisions, outages, rejections, policy enforcement, or changes to provider services.

  1. Security and credentials

Customers must protect account credentials, API keys, tokens, provider credentials, and administrator access. Customers must promptly notify GPR of suspected unauthorized access, credential exposure, or misuse.

  1. Support and manual processing

Some requests, privacy rights, deletion actions, provider reviews, support actions, or account changes may be handled manually where a self-service tool is not available. Customers may contact contact@gpr.sa for support and privacy-related requests.

  1. Contact
